Acceptance of these Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of Munafa. By creating an account, connecting a business, or using Munafa, you agree to these Terms. If you use Munafa for a business or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
What Munafa provides
Munafa provides software for AI-assisted sales and customer interaction, business messaging workflows, product commerce, service qualification and scheduling, owner oversight, and related operations. Available features depend on the account, package, configuration, region, and connected third-party services.
Eligibility
You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement and use Munafa for lawful business purposes. You may not use the service if prohibited by applicable law or if we have previously suspended you for serious misuse.
Business accounts
A business must provide accurate account and business information and keep it reasonably current. Munafa may rely on the designated account owners and authorized users when administering the account.
Account responsibility
You are responsible for protecting sign-in methods, devices, and credentials; for activity by your authorized users; and for promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access. Do not share passwords, OAuth tokens, provider secrets, or administrative credentials through customer conversations.
WhatsApp and business messaging integrations
Connected messaging services are provided by third parties. The business must maintain an authorized business account, comply with channel rules, obtain any required customer consent, and use approved templates or messaging practices where required. Munafa is not affiliated with or endorsed by Meta.
AI-assisted functionality
AI-assisted features can interpret requests, draft or send workflow responses, select configured tools, and organize business activity. Automated output may be incomplete or incorrect. The business is responsible for its instructions, catalog and service facts, required human review, and decisions involving legal, financial, safety, or other material consequences.
Product sales functionality
Product features may help customers search a catalog, check availability, build a cart, create an order, receive payment options, and track status. Munafa does not become the seller of the business’s products and does not independently warrant the products, stock, pricing, or fulfillment.
Service sales functionality
Service features may present service information, collect business-defined qualification responses, show eligible appointment times, and create an appointment after customer confirmation. The business remains the provider of the service and is responsible for service quality, suitability, licenses, pricing, and delivery.
Appointments and scheduling
Appointments depend on configured availability, timezone, duration, buffers, qualification, customer confirmation, and connected Calendar state. The business must review its schedule and address conflicts, delays, cancellations, no-shows, and location requirements. A displayed slot is not a guarantee until the appointment is accepted and successfully recorded.
Google Calendar integration
An authorized business user may connect Google Calendar to check availability and create, update, or cancel events for enabled scheduling workflows. The business is responsible for granting appropriate permissions, choosing the relevant account or calendar, and reviewing synchronized events. Disconnecting or revoking access can stop availability checks and future synchronization.
Google Meet conference information
For appointment modes configured to use Google Meet, Munafa may request provider-generated conference information as part of a Google Calendar event. Google, not Munafa, operates Google Calendar and Google Meet. On-site appointments may contain location information without a Meet conference.
Third-party services
Munafa may interoperate with services operated by Google, Meta, Cashfree, Firebase or Google Cloud, AI/model providers, hosting providers, and other vendors. Their services are governed by their own terms and policies. We do not control their availability, changes, security decisions, or account restrictions and do not imply endorsement or partnership merely by supporting an integration.
Payment providers
Payment collection may be provided by third-party processors such as Cashfree. The business is responsible for its processor account, settlement information, refunds, chargebacks, taxes, and compliance. Payment status can be delayed or disputed, and an order should be treated as paid only when the applicable authoritative workflow confirms it.
Business responsibility for products and services
The business is responsible for the accuracy, legality, safety, and completeness of its products, services, descriptions, images, qualification criteria, policies, warranties, delivery commitments, cancellation terms, and customer-facing claims.
Pricing and taxes
The business must maintain accurate prices, discounts, fees, and tax treatment. Munafa may present or calculate configured amounts, but it does not independently verify every price or determine the business’s tax obligations.
Inventory responsibility
The business must keep inventory and stock information current, resolve overselling or substitution issues, and communicate fulfillment constraints. Munafa may enforce configured stock controls but cannot guarantee that third-party or human updates arrive without delay.
Service availability responsibility
The business must maintain accurate service capacity, hours, appointment rules, and staff or location availability. It is responsible for resolving conflicts and for communicating changes, rescheduling, or cancellations to affected customers.
Customer communications
The business is responsible for the lawful basis, content, timing, audience, and recordkeeping of communications sent for it. It must honor opt-outs and channel rules, avoid deceptive claims, and provide human support where legally or operationally necessary.
Prohibited use
You may not use Munafa for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, discriminatory, infringing, harmful, or exploitative activity; regulated activity without required authorization; impersonation; unauthorized surveillance; or transactions prohibited by applicable law or a connected provider.
Spam and abuse restrictions
You may not send unsolicited bulk messages, evade channel limits, harvest contact information, manipulate engagement, distribute malware, facilitate scams, or continue contacting people who have validly opted out.
Platform security restrictions
You may not probe, scan, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer except where law expressly permits, bypass access controls or usage limits, access another tenant’s data, introduce malicious code, or use credentials or integrations without authorization.
Munafa intellectual property
Munafa and its licensors retain rights in the service, software, interfaces, branding, documentation, and related materials. These Terms grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during the applicable account term, subject to these Terms.
Business-provided content
The business retains its rights in content it provides. It grants Munafa and its service providers a limited right to host, process, reproduce, format, and transmit that content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve user-facing Munafa functionality. The business represents that it has the rights required for that use.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how Munafa handles information. Businesses are responsible for their own customer-facing privacy notices, permissions, and legal obligations.
Service availability
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, provider outages, network conditions, abuse controls, legal requirements, and events outside reasonable control may affect availability.
Beta and experimental functionality
Features identified as beta, preview, experimental, or test functionality may change, perform differently, or be withdrawn. They should not be relied on for high-risk or irreversible decisions without independent review and appropriate contingency plans.
Subscriptions, packages, and usage entitlements
Access may depend on a subscription or package with enabled capabilities, usage allowances, limits, and a term. Exceeding an allowance or losing an entitlement may restrict functionality. Package descriptions or an accepted order form may supply additional commercial terms.
Fees and payment terms
Where fees apply, the business must pay the disclosed charges and applicable taxes according to the agreed billing terms. Unless required by law or stated in applicable commercial terms, fees already incurred are not automatically refundable because a third-party integration is disconnected or a feature is unused.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security risk, unlawful conduct, provider restriction, or conduct that threatens Munafa, users, or third parties. Where appropriate, we may provide notice and an opportunity to cure. The business may stop using the service subject to applicable commercial commitments.
Effects of disconnecting integrations
Disconnecting a provider stops or limits future connected operations. Existing Calendar events, messages, orders, payment records, or other provider-side records may remain with that provider. Pending synchronization can stop, and Munafa may retain operational records as described in the Privacy Policy and applicable law.
Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, Munafa is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted operation. We do not warrant business outcomes, AI output, third-party services, customer conduct, inventory, appointment attendance, or payment settlement.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Munafa will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business opportunity. Any aggregate liability will be limited to amounts paid for the affected Munafa service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, unless applicable law requires a different result.
Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, a business agrees to defend and indemnify Munafa against third-party claims arising from its products or services, business-provided content, customer communications, violation of law or provider rules, misuse of Munafa, or breach of these Terms. This does not apply to the extent a claim results from Munafa’s own conduct for which indemnification cannot lawfully be required.
Changes to the service or Terms
We may update Munafa and these Terms to reflect new features, security needs, provider requirements, or legal changes. We will update the date on this page and provide additional notice where required. Continued use after an effective update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts with competent jurisdiction in India will hear disputes, subject to any mandatory consumer protections or other law that requires a different forum. Because a specific registered entity and office have not been published in the project materials, these Terms do not designate a more specific venue.
